I have over 34 years of experience, in the dental industry, as a dental nurse and manager. I started my career as a trainee dental nurse, progressing to senior dental nurse in both general, cosmetic and specialist orthodontic dentistry and onto Practice Manager. In 2005 after carrying out the role of Practice Manager for several years, I felt that I needed to complete a qualification to assist me with my role, so completed a degree in Practice Management. Since then, I have been managing multi-site practices across Hampshire within the NHS and the private sector. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, socialising, walking, gardening, and listening to music.
