This is an incredible opportunity for a motivated, passionate, and dedicated Dental Practice Manager to join Astradent’s fast-growing mixed NHS and private dental practices. You will be a dual-site practice manager either in Portsmouth or Southampton.

Astradent has extensive knowledge, experience, and success in opening dental practices. We aim to provide friendly, professional, and modern dental clinics that not only our patients can value but our staff as well. In return, we want to ensure high patient retention, positive referrals, and our patients leaving with a smile.

Skills/ Requirements:

• Available as soon as possible
• At least 2 years of dental management experience & strong dental background
• The practice manager will be patient orientated, self-motivated & an inspirational team leader.
• Responsible for the day to day running.
• Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): travelling between 2 practices, marketing, patient feedback, staff development, compliance with the practices, recruitment, managing financial KPIs, managing costs, activity management, developing & growing private lists, business development, I.T, property maintenance, Health & Safety & complaints handling.
